At a time of isolation, lets get connected. Both internally with your own body and also with someone you’re missing. Take a shared lesson, it’s a great way to spend quality time together.
You’ll feel refreshed together and can help one another; learning how to let go of pain, tension and worries. Take a lesson with your friend, your parent or your child. The benefits of learning together are great, you will notice more about the body and habits by observing each other. And we’ll have some fun too.
Suitable for all levels of fitness and anyone experiencing muscular pain, I will guide and safely manage however your body is feeling.
Suitable for all clients who have had an introductory session with me. If you are a new client please first book your Discovery lesson (suitable for individuals or people wanting a pairs lesson), which will include you completing a short online form to ensure I am best prepared to teach you both.
